Pain Relief Care
Most people initially come into our office because they are experiencing pain and looking for relief. In your first phase of care, the main goal is to reduce your symptoms. You and Dr. Simmons will work together to develop the best care plan in order to achieve this.

Corrective Care
Most people believe that pain-free means healthy. The truth is that most often pain and other symptoms only appear after a condition has become advanced.
Pain reduction is an important first step, but if we only reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater. In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to establish a plan of continued and corrective care.
During this corrective phase, you will not have to receive treatments as often as you did during the first phase, and depending on your particular needs, you may begin a plan of stretching and light exercise to help accelerate your healing.
Mild flare-ups may occur on occasion. This is normal during this phase of treatment because your body has not fully healed. We will work to minimize these flare-ups and reduce the duration to help keep you on track to reach your goals.

Wellness Care
Maintenance is the key to healthy living. Once your body has fully healed, routine chiropractic care can help ensure that your physical problems do not return, and that your body maintains an optimal condition. Just like a continued exercise program and healthy eating habits prevent your body from experiencing fatigue, pain, illness and disease, it is necessary to continue chiropractic care to ensure the health of your musculoskeletal system.
When you make routine chiropractic care a part of your lifestyle, you avoid many of the negative conditions that so many people suffer from. Your joints and muscles will last longer and you will be able to engage in all of the activities you love.
Payment Options
Most insurance plans, Medical Flex and Health Savings plans are accepted at our office. Our staff will be happy to verify and explain your benefits before treatment.
